Terms
Short, because the app does little that needs a rule. Using Bilva means these apply.

This is not accounting or tax advice
Bilva models VAT, GST and invoice numbering rules for six jurisdictions so that the documents it produces look right and add up. That is a convenience, not a compliance guarantee, and it is not advice about your tax position.
You are responsible for what you charge, what rate you apply, what you file and when. Your accountant is responsible for advising you on it. I am not, and Bilva does not stand behind a return, an assessment or a penalty. If an amount matters, check it before you send it.
Your data and your documents are yours
Everything you enter and every document you produce belongs to you. No licence over your content is claimed, none is needed, and none of it is held anywhere but your device. Invoices you make with Bilva are your business records, to use commercially however you like.
Because your records live only on your phone, keeping them is your responsibility. A lost or wiped phone without a backup means lost records, and there is no copy elsewhere for me to recover.
The app itself, its name and its mark remain mine.
Paying for Pro
Bilva Pro is $24.99 a year. Google Play takes the payment, holds the payment details and handles renewals and refunds — not me. Google Play’s own terms govern the transaction, and the price you see in Play at the time of purchase is the price that applies, in your local currency and with any local tax.
The subscription renews yearly until you cancel. Cancelling stops the next renewal and keeps Pro running until the date you have paid to; the free app carries on unlimited afterwards. The steps are on the cancellation page.
If the price changes, it changes for new purchases and at renewal, with the notice Google Play requires. A change is never applied to a year already paid for.
Provided as it is
Bilva is supplied as it is, without warranty of any kind. It is written carefully and tested, but no promise is made that it is free of faults, that it suits a particular purpose, or that it will keep working on every future version of Android.
Nothing here removes rights you have under consumer law that cannot be removed by agreement.
The limit of what I owe you
If something goes wrong and I am liable, my total liability is limited to the amount you have actually paid for Bilva in the twelve months before the claim — which for most people is nothing, and at most is $24.99. This limit does not apply where the law does not allow it, including for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
Changes to these terms
These terms can change. When they do, the date at the top changes and the new version replaces this one from the day it is published. A change that materially reduces what you get will be described plainly rather than slipped into a clause. If you do not accept a change, stop using the app and cancel Pro.
